Shipping Policy

Rates

Orders under $4,000 ship at a flat rate of $399 anywhere in the continental US. Orders of $4,000 or more ship free.

Lead time

Most in-stock pieces leave our shop within 3–4 weeks of order. Doors that include custom work (trimming, framing, hardware, refinish) take longer — typical lead time is 6–10 weeks depending on scope. We’ll confirm an estimated ship date after your order is reviewed.

Transit

Doors and large architectural pieces ship via freight (FedEx Freight or an independent carrier) with both residential and business delivery available. Smaller items ship UPS or USPS. Transit time for freight is typically 2–7 business days depending on your address.

Local pickup

Local customers can pick up at our Huntsville showroom by appointment — choose “Store Pick-Up” at checkout or email us to arrange a time.

Damage in transit

Inspect freight before signing for delivery. If anything looks wrong on the truck, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. For minor damage discovered after delivery, photograph the packaging and item and reach out within 48 hours.
