Refund Policy
Reclaimed pieces are final sale
Every door and architectural piece we sell is one-of-a-kind, hand-inspected, and described as accurately as possible in its listing. Because no two are alike, reclaimed pieces are sold final sale and are not eligible for return.
Custom work is non-refundable
Doors that have been trimmed, framed, refinished, or otherwise customized to your order are non-refundable. We confirm specs with you before any custom work begins and will reach out if anything in your order needs clarifying.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect freight carefully before signing for delivery. If you see damage on the truck, refuse the shipment and email us right away. For damage discovered after delivery, photograph the packaging and the piece and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as no custom work has started. After that, cancellations may be partially refundable depending on what work has been performed.
Honest imperfections
Reclaimed pieces by definition show signs of age — nicks, cracks, patina, and small irregularities are part of the character. These are not defects and are not grounds for refund. We do our best to call out notable wear in every listing.
