We ship nationwide throughout the contiguous United States, primarily via FedEx Freight with residential liftgate service. Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing and 2–5 business days in transit after pickup.

Local delivery is available within 100 miles of our Huntsville, AL showroom. A few remote zip codes may require a personalized quote. Contact us for a shipping estimate on oversized pieces.

Most doors can be trimmed by height, width, or both. For glass doors, rails and stiles can be adjusted to hit a specific opening while preserving visual symmetry. Our current lead time for custom work is 6–10 weeks; simpler modifications typically ship in 2–4 weeks.

Our doors do not come pre-hung. We can build a custom jamb for single doors or French pairs, with weather stripping and thresholds available for exterior installations.

Due to the age and rustic nature of our collection, many pieces show unique signs of aging — nicks, cracks, patina, and other minor imperfections that highlight the history and character of each item. These are part of what the piece is, not a flaw to be corrected.
