Not only do we cary beautiful architectural pieces, but we have made it possible for you to have those special pieces as a unique backdrop to your event. We have two spaces to choose from, Preservation Company Interior and Mill House Social at Preservation Company, our exterior space located behind the store. Each space features our unique finds and large architectural pieces, specifically, our stunning doors.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the date of the event.
Food and drink may be brought in.
We have table and chair rentals available. Additional information can be found under the Event Fixture tab or click here for more details.
Set up can start as early as 4:30. Events may start as early as 5:30.
Events may last for 3 hours with additional time available at $75 per half hour.
Note: We are in the process of getting pictures of our spaces. To see the spaces we have to offer please stop by our store at 1214-A Meridian St. here in Huntsville, AL. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00-5:00.
